At these workshops, you will learn a variety of simple art techniques to help you relax and focus. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of different materials, and will be guided to reflect on the processes and how they make you feel. The workshops are facilitated by a qualified counsellor. Mindfulness exercises will be woven in throughout the sessions, and there will be plenty of opportunity for reflective discussion within the group. No prior art experience is necessary, and all materials will be provided. Refreshments will also be available. There is disabled access- please discuss with facilitator. The workshop will take place in the warehouse, which is a warm, comfortable and spacious building very near the museum at Etruria. Upon booking, you will receive an email with directions and further details. Early booking is advised, as there are limited spaces available. To book your place, or find out more, please email Laura Green on creativesoulscounselling@gmail.com.
