Join At Home is the name of the software used by our sports and leisure centres to enable members to book classes online.
By signing up for an account, you agree:
- you will keep your username, password and PIN secure
- you will tell us if any of the information we hold about you is incorrect
- we may send you updates or contact you about your requests and services
- we use your personal data within the rules set out in the Data Protection Act 1998 and Stoke-on-Trent City Council, Health and Leisure Join at Home privacy statement
- we use cookies to ensure that we give you the best experience on our website. If you continue without changing your settings, we'll assume that you are happy to receive all cookies our websites set
- if you cancel your membership, we will delete your account details, this will not delete your records from our core service systems, so your data will still be held by the council
