Stoke-on-Trent City Council is delighted to be able to host the Etruria Valley Fun Run on Sunday 15 January after last month's Santa Dash was postponed due to bad weather.

Families from across the city are invited to be among the first to experience the new Etruria Valley Link Road before it officially opens to traffic in January 2023.

Dig out your trainers and join us at 10.30am for a walk, jog, run, push or dance along the 2km route.

The event is suitable for all ages and abilities and is completely free. Everyone taking part will receive a medal and a sweet treat.

So join us to celebrate the completion of the newly-constructed Etruria Valley Link Road and book your place today.

Registration is essential for all participants. There will be no spectators on the day.

Please note: Everyone who signed up for the Santa Dash in December will be contacted directly and invited to join the Etruria Valley Fun Run.

Anyone who does not want to participate is urged to cancel their place and free up the space for someone else.

Balfour Beatty have been proud to deliver the Etruria Valley Link Road scheme for Stoke-on-Trent City Council, and are delighted to be able to share in the project’s success as it is opened to the general public.

The new Etruria Valley Viaduct will improve transport connections across the city for road users and pedestrians alike, boosting growth and job opportunities, and ultimately improving the lives of local people who will use it and benefit from it.
