Unitas Customer Portal
The Unitas Customer Portal allows you to manage your repairs from start to finish and select an appointment date and time that is convenient to you, without having to call our contact centre.
To register you will need to tell us your name and address. You'll receive an email with your username, password and an easy to read guide explaining how to book a repair. It may take a few days for this email to arrive in your inbox.
