Use this form to report day-to-day repairs only.

What is an urgent repair?

  • water leaks into and within the structure of the property that can't be contained
  • loss of electricity supply
  • loss of heating
  • blocked flue to open fire or boiler
  • blocked drains
  • unsafe structures
  • smell of gas or carbon monoxide alarm sounding

If your repair is urgent please call 01782 234100.

You will need to provide your name, address, a contact telephone number and as much information as possible about the repair needed.

You will be asked a number of simple questions that will help us to work out the exact problem that you are experiencing and the best way of dealing with it in line with our repairs policy.

If a visit is required we will arrange a time to come to your property and complete the repair.

If you have contacted us to report a repair and then find you are unable to keep the appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Change or cancel a housing repair appointment

When your tradesman arrives they will try to identify the problem and repair it. Our tradesman have a large number of parts on their vans, but may need specialist parts delivered to them on site. We will always do our best to have the parts delivered right away so that your repair is completed.

Sometimes your repair may be more difficult than first thought. If we can't finish your repair right away, we will always do our best to complete the repiar the following working day.
