Transfer of a Vehicle  

E-mail hcp.licensing@stoke.gov.uk to get the relevant word application form and e-mail it back to hcp.licensing@stoke.gov.uk 

A telephone number needs to be provided as Licensing will call to take payment. Attach your:  insurance, new V5 log book and hire agreement if applicable.

Hackney Carriage or Private Hire Plates
