From May 4 2023, voters in England will need to show photographic ID to vote at polling stations in some elections, including Stoke-on-Trent’s upcoming local elections on Thursday 4 May 2023.

Your MyStoke account lets you to track and manage your cases when completing online forms, making our website work harder for you. Logging into your account also lets you resume forms where you left off and see information that's relevant to your local area.

Look out for the Sign in button on many of our forms, or click Account log in at the top of every page.

If you're a council tenant, The quickest way to manage your tenancy and rent account is online. Sign into your MyStoke account and select Housing Online to get started.

If you're not a council tenant and need to apply for housing - log into our Housing Online Portal to begin the application process.
