The Reporting Accountant is required to perform the Specific Test Requirements in accordance with the scope of work set out in DWP's HBAP reporting framework instruction. On completion of these Specific Test Requirements, Reporting Accountants should report their findings. For the purposes of HBAP, the Reporting Accountant will not subject the information provided by the city council to checking or verification except to the extent expressly set out in the Specific Test Requirements. All information is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 and Reporting Accountants will observe all of their obligations under this regulation and their data protection policies. At the request of the city council, the Reporting Accountant will provide a report of factual findings on the completion of the HBAP Modules 1,2,3,5 and 6 based on principles of a tripartite arrangement in respect of Form MPF720A for relevant year. The Reporting Accountant's report must be delivered to DWP no later than 30 November following the end of the year that has been audited.
