The service needs to be completed in the shortest possible timeframe and must meet standards suitable to satisfy BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes, along with a related Planning Authority condition. All tenders will be assessed against three criteria:- 1. Price (the lowest price scoring highest marks) 2. Experience/Qualifications (the highest level of evidence scoring highest marks) 3.
