Information	The Council seeks bids from insurance companies or insurance brokers to provide property insurance for a minimum of two fully renovated, unoccupied domestic properties. The insurance policy must include cover for loss or damage caused by malicious damage, theft and escape of water. You are to provide two quotes for each of the insured properties for a period of six and twelve months. The full policy documents and draft schedules must be provided with the quotation before the tender/quotation period ends.
