Information	Travel Smart is seeking tenders for a robust evaluation of the LSTF programme that will provide qualitative and quantitative data to evidence the impact of the project on the issues identified the funding bids. The findings will also be used as a basis to report to a wider audience including the Department for Transport, The Local Authority, directors and elected members, partner agencies and the residents of Stoke on Trent.
