Grantnet

Grantnet is a free to use service allowing community and voluntary groups, individuals, clubs, schools, social enterprises and small businesses to identify funding to support activities and projects.

Using Grantnet you can access a funding database providing information on over 4,500 UK and EU funding sources including the top 2,000 charitable trusts. Information for the database is researched constantly and updated every month.

Using the login procedure and search procedure will be much easier if you read the Grantnet User Instructions at the foot of this page, which will take you through the process step by step.

For new users, when you click on the Grantnet Quick Link at the top right of the page, you will be asked to enter your details. Registered users need only to login using your username and password and then answer a few simple questions about your funding request. Grantnet then searches its comprehensive database and provides you with a summary of the funding opportunities available.

The External Funding officers are able to give guidance on funding opportunities, training on Grantnet and advice on fulfilling your funding potential. For further assistance, or to request a training session please contact us on 01782 236300.

Data Protection

Under the Data Protection Act we must explain how we intend to use any information you provide. Based on this you can then decide whether or not to go ahead with your grant search and to give your information to us.

When you carry out a grant search using Grantnet you will be asked for some personal information including your name, e-mail address and postal address.

Each month we will circulate a list of the searches carried out on Grantnet to external funding officers.  This list will include your personal details. The reason we do this is to share information on the use of Grantnet.  This allows people to contact you if they feel they could help you. We will also send the same list to Voluntary Action Stoke-on-Trent for the same purpose.

If you feel that any information you provide should not be disclosed because of its sensitivity please let us know and this information will remain confidential.
