Please be aware that we changed all parking charges in the City Centre (Hanley) on 01 April 2011. This has had an effect
on the prices of season tickets and commuter permits. Please click on the documents at the bottom of the page for more information.
We have 34 car parks in the city. 15 of these are in Hanley - the city centre. We own and manage 3713 car parking
spaces, 121 disabled spaces and 38 motorcycle spaces.
We patrol our car parks on a regular basis to provide a safe and secure environment for customers.
Parking for people with disabilities
Blue Badge holders can park on all of our surface car parks for free. Please note that there is a maximum stay limit on
our short stay car parks (usually 2 hours). If you park for longer on these car parks you could receive a Penalty Charge Notice.
If you need to park for longer, you can use one of our long stay car parks and park there for free all day. Please look at
the charges pages to find out whether the car parks are long or short stay.
Please note that all motorists including vehicles displaying a blue badge will be required to pay to use Meigh
Street and John Street Multi Storey Car Parks.
Disabled persons parking spaces
There are many people who use disabled persons parking spaces when they don't have a blue badge. This is illegal and you could
get a penalty charge notice.
