Taxi Rank Orders

Taxi Rank Orders are legal Orders required for the introduction of a Taxi Rank for the use of registered Hackney Carriages only. These Orders are advertised through a statutory process in the local press. These notify the public that a proposed rank will be implemented in not less than 28 days from the date of the notice.

This process is administered by the Network Management Group of the Directorate of Urban Environment
