Parking Meters

We have parking meters on our car parks and street parking facilities. On car parks the meters will have a board nearby listing the tariff - that is the charge for parking. The board also names the car park, tells you what hours you can use the car park, the amount to be paid and the conditions of use.

What coins will the parking meters accept?

All of our parking meters will accept the following coins for payment of a ticket:

• £2
• £1
• 50p
• 20p
• 10p
• 5p.

Faulty machines

Our parking machines are linked to our offices, so they alert us automatically if they need attention - for example, if they have run out of ticket paper - we will then fix the problem.
