Customer Information
This page contains key information for customers of Supporting People services in Stoke-on-Trent.
General
We want to ensure that every customer who uses a Supporting People Service has a postive experience, and we are always keen to ensure that customers have the chance to let us know their views and opinions about the services they use.
When services are reviewed the Supporting People team send out questionnaires to the customers, asking for their views about different aspects of the service, such as whether they are happy with the support they recieve, whether they are consulted about things that will affect them and if they feel that the service helps to keep them safe. The results from these questionnaires help us to make recommendations to the service about ways they can improve, so we appreciate you taking the time to complete them.
However, customers are welcome to contact the team at any time if they wish to make compliments, comments, or complaints* about a service. You are welcome to contact us by phone, letter, email or face to face.
*Please remember that if you wish to complain about a service to the Supporting People team, you must first have given your service the chance to respond to your concerns by using their own complaints procedure. If you don't feel confident about making a complaint to your service, they should put you in touch with advocacy services who can help you get your views across (please contact us if you would like more information about this). If you have gone through all the stages of your service's complaints process and still feel unhappy, then you are welcome to contact us and we will be happy to investigate.
How Can I Get More Involved?
