SASCES (Stoke Adult Social Care Employment and Skills) provides a strategic approach to partners involved in commissioning your workforce by detailing workforce needs captured in the Stoke Adult Social Care and Health Integrated Workforce Strategy.
The strategy, written through the consortium’s Workforce Commissioning Board, enables employers and training providers to understand workforce intelligence and future workforce needs.
Support to develop your own workforce intelligence and to capture this within the National Minimum Data Set (NMDS-SC) is also provided.
