Whatever reason you have for joining a health club, the experienced team at Shapes can help make it happen. We are happy to spend time with you, listen and give advice particular to your needs. It's a commitment which goes beyond your first day as we advise regular re-assessments and exercise updates.

So, what do I get and how much does it cost?As a Shapes member you can use a variety of facilities designed to help increase fitness, improve your health and soothe away unwanted stress.

Roman SpaIt’s not all about exercise.  Bikes, rowers and treadmills are great for your fitness but learning to really relax is a luxury few ever get to enjoy. Our Roman Spa offers steam rooms, sauna, Turkish baths, an ice cold plunge pool, oversized spa pool and chill out area. Mixed, ladies only and gents only sessions are all available.

GymFun, informal and filled with some of the best exercise equipment available.  Our large, modern and air conditioned gym is geared toward increasing fitness, reducing fat and toning muscle.

33m pool and separate teaching poolAs the largest indoor swimming pool in Staffordshire, we offer a range of programmed sessions from general leisure swimming to fitness swims and aqua aerobics.

Is that it?Far from it. We also offer a range of beauty treatments, sunbeds and access to squash and badminton courts at a reduced cost. Our purpose built aerobic and spinning studios provide air conditioned classes to both members and non members alike. All class instructors are qualified and experienced professionals, guaranteed to make the class you choose a fun, safe and invigorating experience. Finally, if you have little people in tow, our Littlebodies crèche is staffed by friendly registered Nursery Nurses.
