Operations Manager (Stoke Extra Care PFI) – Ref 746 - Salary: £30,434 - £32,751 plus benefits
Your Housing Group is part of the Sapphire Consortium who have been selected by Stoke City Council to build and operate 3 new extra care housing schemes in Blurton, Abbey Hulton and Chell.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Stoke PFI operational team and be part of Retirement Living Services, a major growth area for Your Housing Group .The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding services at a managerial level preferably within Older Peoples Services or a PFI environment and will need to demonstrate the ability to work in a specialist, high performing team, achieving KPI’s, whilst fostering excellent customer and key stakeholder relationships.
