The 'Developing Skills In The City' study looks at:

• how attitudes about learning have been passed down through generations,
• the high number of adults with few or no qualifications,
• how policy will ensure higher educational attainment levels for our young people,
• how working together in our communities and with regeneration experts will help to make our city more prosperous and individuals more knowledgeable.
