About these roles
 
We offer a diverse range of permanent, temporary, full-time and part-time roles to suit people with or without relevant qualifications and experience. These include Social Workers, Social Work Assistants, Care Assistants, Cooks, Drivers, Homecare Workers and Support Workers. All of these roles offer excellent training and the opportunity to make a real difference to people’s lives.

Ideal skills for these roles include:

• The ability to communicate with a range of people
• Self motivation and a positive and caring attitude
• Assessment skills
• An empathy and understanding of people, their needs and experiences
• A flexible approach, as we need to provide 24/7 support and some roles involve working unsocial hours
