Responsible for ensuring that everyone is treated equally and enabled to achieve their full potential, we provide all of the council’s 14,000 employees with guidance and advice on a diverse range of HR issues.
We’re also responsible for recruitment and selection and work closely with our Trade Unions to develop modern personnel policies.

- Health and Safety advice
