Recruitment Packs

When you contact us about a job, you’ll receive a recruitment pack that contains an application form, job description, person specification and conditions of service (where applicable).

  • Application Form – When you submit your application, it’s important that you complete the application form as fully as possible (we do not accept CVs, but you can provide additional support information with your application form).
  • Job Description - This lists the key responsibilities of the role. 
  • Person Specification - This outlines the essential and desirable skills, knowledge, experience and qualifications that you will need for the job.
  • Conditions of Service – Provides additional information regarding such matters as hours of work, terms and conditions, benefits and entitlements.

You’ll be selected for interview based entirely on the information that you provide in your application form. So, please read the job description and person specification very carefully and match your skills and personal and work experiences to them. Please note that we operate an interview guarantee scheme for people with a disability who meet the essential criteria of the post.
