Supporting People Service Directory

This Service Directory has been developed to make people aware of the housing related support that is funded by the Supporting People team.

We fund different organisations to deliver long and short term support across the city.  You can receive support in your own home through a warden service or floating support service, or you can also get somewhere to live and support as a package in supported housing and hostels.
