Eligible Areas

This project is being delivered in association with Staffordshire Housing Association, Art Homes Limited and Renew North Staffordshire.

Help is available in sustainable areas across the Housing Market Renewal area. Special consideration may be given by a discretionary panel to homeowners that meet the loan criteria but currently live outside the eligible areas.

Only homes that don't meet the Government's Decent Homes Standard are eligible.
