Housing Services Feedback

Thank you for visiting the Housing Services pages of Stoke-on-Trent City Council's website.

Follow the link on the right to complete our online form.

We value your comments as the comments and complaints of today are the service improvements of tomorrow.

Getting Involved and Having Your Say

Why not contact the Community Engagement Team to see how your views and suggestions can help improve the council services you and other customers receive.

The Community Engagement Team works alongside customers to help and improve the level of service you receive.

You can be involved in many ways. See below a small selection:-

You may wish to simply fill in a questionnaire or survey to have your say

We will provide training, support and guidance in helping you set up and run a Residents Association

You may be interested in shaping our policies and procedures to improve the service you receive. This can be achieved by joining a Service Improvement Team. The team is made up of customers and council staff working together to improve the service the city council provides.

Why not test the service you receive and become a Mystery Shopper? This involves acting as a customer, visiting or phoning your Local Centre and assessing the front line services we provide.

Give us feedback about the service you have received and join a discussion group.

Be involved in the production of the tenants' newsletter (Residents' Newsround) by joining the Editorial Panel.

Suggest improvements to the city council's website.

Equal Opportunities

Everyone will be given the opportunity to participate fully regardless of age, sex, nationality, political affiliation, ethnic origin, sexuality,  disability or religious beliefs to ensure all members of the community are actively involved.

For more information on getting involved, please contact the Community Engagement Team on 01782 236300 or visit the Getting Involved pages of our website.
