Customer views on being involved with the Customer Participation Unit

Andrew, a leaseholder from Burslem commenting on his involvement with the website working group.

"……..The website working group is an example of participation at its most successful. The customer has the lion's share of the say in the material displayed on the website. All people logging on can be confident that the information displayed there shows Stoke's services as they are perceived by the people who use them. Taking part in this exercise is fulfilling, interesting and rewarding."
