Customer Involvement in the council services

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is keen to encourage their customers to get involved in the services we deliver.  We believe that by involving you and by working together we can work in partnership to deliver effective, efficient and good quality council services to all residents of Stoke-on-Trent.
