Customer Involvement in the council services
We are keen to encourage our customers to get involved in the services we deliver. We believe that by involving you and by working together we can work in partnership to deliver effective, efficient and good quality council services to all residents of Stoke-on-Trent.

- Contribute towards the efficient and effective policies and procedures for services you receive as residents of the city
