Council housing within Stoke on Trent is managed and maintained by Housing Services, through a partnership with Kier Stoke.
We own and provide a range of landlord services to 19,100 properties and 340 Leaseholders. In addition, we manage
1,100 garages and 55 shops.
These properties are managed by 8 Local Centres, plus teams based at the Civic
Centre. The services are also accessible via our call centre (Stoke On Call) and One Stop Shops, offering a range of
council services.
