Our work in this area makes sure that claims about goods in relation to description and price are accurate. 

In particular we carry out investigations into counterfeit goods, trade mark and copyright infringements, and falsely described motor vehicles. 

Specific legislation regulating:

  • fair trading practices;
  • contract terms and conditions;
  • internet selling;
  • estate agency work;
  • package travel requirements; and
  • consumer credit

is also enforced.
