How to contact Development Control

Our development control team is based on the third floor of the Civic Centre in Stoke town centre. Click here for a map of how to find us. The offices are open to the public during the following times:

  • 08:45-17:00 Monday to Thursday; and
  • 08:45-16:30 Friday.

Outside the above times, you can leave a message on our answerphone or email us.

If you have received a letter from us, the name and contact details of the officer handling your matter are shown at the top of the letter.

We are happy to discuss any development control matter over the phone. Sometimes it is better to write to us so we can give more consideration to the matter before we respond.
