Statement of Community Involvement
The Statement of Community Involvement sets out how we intend to involve people in:
- the planning of future development in Stoke-on-Trent through preparing the Local Development Framework; and
- the process of making decisions on planning applications.
The Statement of Community Involvement was submitted to the Secretary of State for consideration in December 2006. In August 2007 the City Council resolved to amend the document in response to the binding Inspector’s Report and adopt the Statement of Community Involvement. The Statement of Community Involvement is formally adopted on 15 November 2007. A copy of the Adoption Statement can be viewed by clicking on the link below. This includes details of where copies of the adopted Statement of Community Involvement are available.
