Development Portfolio Preferred Options Cover

The Development Portfolio document indicates where new development sites for housing, employment and shopping are proposed in the City.  However this is only for those areas of the City that are not covered by an Area Action Plan.  Transportation proposals are also included in the Development Portfolio. 

The city council has produced a Preferred Options Report.  This follows the consultation in spring 2005 on Issues and Options Papers for the topics of Housing, Shopping, Employment and Transport and Accessibility.   

The Preferred Options Report was published for public consultation for a formal six week period from 7 August 2006.
