Landscape Design

The new Skate Plaza at Central Forest Park
Stoke-on-Trent City Council offers a professional Landscape Design and Development service to both internal and external clients.

Landscape design focuses on the planning and design of the ‘external environment’ - in other words, the spaces between and around buildings.  The team gets involved with the design of all manner of improvement programs including:

  • Highway corridor projects
  • Parks, open space, sport and play area developments
  • Cycleways and green footpaths
  • Town centre schemes
  • School grounds improvements
  • Derelict land reclamation
Recent projects include the design and implementation of greenway improvements, new playgrounds at Hanley and Burslem Parks, the regeneration of Bethesda Churchyard and the design of the landmark Skate Plaza at Central Forest Park.
