Pest Control

Our pest control service is available to deal with your pest problems. We offer a wide range of controls and advice.

Our technicians are fully qualified and have a range of experience in pest control.  Our business hours are 8.30am - 3.30pm Monday - Friday.

This service is only available to residents living in the City of Stoke-on-Trent.

Domestic Premises

We deal with the following pests in households:

• Ants and other insects
• Bedbugs, fleas, cockroaches, bluebottles 
• Mice
• Rats
• Squirrels in roof spaces
• Wasps and bees

Commercial Premises

We provide treatment to eliminate the pests listed above and can also give advice on pigeon-proofing and culling.  Our rates are very competitive. Please see the attachment below for a list of our current fees and charges.

We offer contracts to businesses. There are two options; either pay per hour based on a guaranteed number of visits each year; or pay one agreed charge for the year then call us when you need a speedy response.

Our Service Standards

When we arrange appointments we can agree a date with you, but we are unable to tell you what time we will arrive. If you phone in the winter to arrange an appointment, we will offer to visit you within three working days. In the summer we expect to get to you within five working days.

Our technicians have mobile phones so if you are not at the premises when we arrive, we will try to contact you by phone - if you have left a contact number. If we can't contact you by phone, we will leave a card stating the time we called and ask you to book a new appointment.

We review our service and carry out customer satisfaction surveys. Latest survey results show that 91 per cent of customers are satisfied with the service that they received from us.
