Scheduled Ancient Monuments

There are five Scheduled Ancient Monuments in Stoke-on-Trent.

They are:

  • The former Chatterley Whitfield Colliery
  • Etruria Mill
  • The Saxon Cross in Stoke
  • Lawn Farm at Berryhill
  • Hulton Abbey

These sites are of national importance and have the same protected status as the well known Stonehenge site in Wiltshire.
