What you can expect from us

Adult Learning are proud to offer the services that they do and want to assure learners that their learning needs are our priority.

Through our partnership with Stoke-on-Trent College, we offer learners "Our promise to you" 

As a customer of the Adult and Community Learning Service, you can also expect us to meet the City Council's standards in Customer Care which include:-

  • Be polite, helpful and professional
  • Provide accurate advice and information
  • Answer telephones within 30 seconds
  • Greet visitors within two minutes.  See them within 10 minutes
  • Reply to letters within 5 days
  • Respond to e-mails within 24 hours
  • Resolve enquiries at first contact
  • Arrive on time for appointments
  • Make websites easy to use
  • Help dissatisfied customers complain
