Quarterly Performance Reports

How do we measure the Council's performance?

We produce detailed performance reports every quarter. These reports show the council's overall performance as well as how each Directorate is performing on a range of topics.

The reports focus on targets that are not being achieved and areas of concern. This makes it easy to see where we need to make improvements.

The topics covered in each report include:

  • The Comprehensive Performance Assessment
  • Best Value Performance Indicators
  • Compliments, comments and complaints
  • Human Resources information such as sickness absence rates
  • Local Public service Agreement updates

We also provide these reports and similar versions based on the Overview and Scrutiny Commissions to our Elected Members.
