City Council Meeting Dates

Decisions that affect people in Stoke-on-Trent are made at meetings of the City Council. These meetings are held on a regular basis and all will be held at the Civic Centre, Glebe Street, Stoke, unless otherwise specified.

Members of the public can attend some of these meetings (specified as 'Open') but they can't attend other meetings (specified as 'Closed') as they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part 1 of Schedule 12(A) of Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972. Please click on this link to view dates of all the meetings.

The date and time of the meetings may be subject to change.

Agenda papers for all meetings are available five clear working days before the meeting and you can get paper copies from the Main Reception in the Civic Centre.  To cover administrative costs you may be charged for copies of any agenda papers supplied.

Alternatively, if the papers are available electronically, please click on the appropriate links.

For further information please telephone 01782 232837 or e-mail memberservices@stoke.gov.uk
