The work carried by the Partnership is based around Priority Task Groups (PTG’s).These groups are made up of various agencies and have agreed Annual Action Plans to reduce crime, disorder and drugs misuse.
Reason for Audit
The Audit is carried out to ensure that the Responsible Authorities
- Are aware of the nature of crime and disorder, anti-social behaviour and the misuse of drugs in the area;
- Are able to identify the manner in which those problems should be reduced;
- Develop a strategy to address priorities;
- Undertake annual planning activity linked to strategic funding and resource allocation.
The required CSP and DAAT Strategy will set out the actions of the Partnership over a three-year period (2005-2008). Its priorities, targets, and manner of working will respond to the expressed needs of our communities within Stoke-on-Trent.
