How are we working with you to improve your city?

We are working with local communities to help make Stoke-on-Trent a better place for everyone. 

• We work with communities, councillors and people who provide public services.
• By working together we will make sure that we find out about local needs
• We will plan and prioritise local services to meet those needs
• We will work to deliver public services against standards and targets for quality of life themes including crime, education, employment, health, housing and liveability
• Our Neighbourhood Renewal Action Plans set out a programme of improvements which the City Council and it's partners set out to achieve in the next three years.
