Our Bereavement Care Service provides cremation, burial, memorial and bereavement services for both residents and non-residents of Stoke-on-Trent.

We have one crematorium at Carmountside and nine cemeteries throughout the city.  We are also responsible for the memorials in 20 closed churchyards.

The service operates from Carmountside Cemetery & Crematorium office, where most staff are based, although there are a few grounds maintenance staff based in the district cemeteries.

All records relating to cremations, burials, and memorials are held in the main office, behind the chapel and crematorium building at Carmountside.
