By Road

From M6 take Junction 15 or 16 onto the A500, follow signs for Stoke on Trent.  Turn off A500 onto the A53, follow signs for City Centre (Hanley)  for approx 1 mile. At major traffic lights keep in right hand lane and continue straight on the A50 (Potteries Way). Follow signs for the Town Hall, Registrars Service.  The car park is adjacent to the Town Hall.

By Rail

Stoke Station is approximately 5 minutes away by taxi.
Out of station, turn right to traffic lights, turn left onto Leek Road A5009.
Keep on road for approximately 2 miles through major crossroads and turn left onto Bucknall New Road. Continue to the end and turn left onto the A50 (Potteries Way).  Follow signs for Town Hall, Registrars Service

Is there a free car park?

Car parking is provided for wedding parties and their guests on Saturdays. The car park is adjacent to the Town Hall and is accessible from the front entrance. Cars travelling to the register office should approach the Potteries Way and turn into Bethesda Street or Lichfield Street. From there, wedding guests should follow John Street and then Bagnall Street, which leads to the front of the building in Albion Street. Turning right at this junction leads you directly to the car parks, where there is car parking for approximately 20 vehicles.
