How to make a comment, compliment or complaint

Services can always be improved and sometimes we can get things wrong.  Where things do go wrong we want to put them right quickly.  That is why we want your comments, suggestions and complaints.

Please let us know if you have a complaint about the service or if you wish to comment on something you feel we could do better. You can pick up a form at reception if you would like to make your comments in writing or you can speak to any member of staff on telephone number 01782 235260.  You can follow the link here for more information about making a complaint.

Your comments will be recorded and every effort will be made to resolve problems there and then.

If for any reason your problem cannot be resolved immediately the Superintendent Registrar will notify you.  An initial written response will be sent to you within three working days and a full written response within 15 working days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome you may contact Jeff Smethurst at the registration service directly.
