The Naming Ceremony

You can make you own choices for your ceremony to create a unique event that you and all your guests will remember.  Take time to consider which options are appropriate and have meaning for you and your family.

In addition to promises to the Child you may also choose promises to your partner and promises by supporting adults.  There is also an opportunity to include grandparents or even refer to absent guests.

You may choose from a selection of poems and readings to enhance the ceremony and can present your child with a special gift to mark the occasion.

A commemorative record of the Ceremony will also be signed and presented to you during the event.

Please note that the naming ceremonies offered are entirely secular and must not contain any religious references.  If you wish to have a religious ceremony you should contact your local church or religious community.
