Stoke-on-Call is a one stop shop for your Council Services.
You can contact us Monday to Friday between 8 am and 8 pm and also on Saturday between 9 am and 1 pm. Our trained advisors are able to deal with a wide range of services on the phone or face to face and are ready to answer your enquiry.
We also deal with emergencies services 24 hours a day.
You can visit our walk in centres at:
- Bentilee Neighbourhood Centre - Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm
- Burslem One Stop Shop - Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm
- Stoke Local Service Centre - Monday to Friday 8.45 am - 5 pm (4.30 on Friday)
- Longton Library - Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday 9 am - 12.30 pm
- Tunstall Local Centre - Saturday 9 am - 1 pm
