There are some links to other organisations who may be able to help too such as the Citizens Advice Bureau who can give impartial advice. Or you can get free debt advice from the Consumer Credit Counselling Service. CCCS Debt Remedy is the Consumer Credit Counselling Service’s online tool. Debt Remedy will ask you some questions about your situation and give you tailored advice and recommendations. If a formal debt solution such as a debt management plan or IVA is suitable, CCCS can arrange this free of charge.
