Mediation North Staffs
The service works by allowing two trained mediators to listen to the complaint that you have about a neighbour. A suitable and positive message will then be constructed and passed on to your neighbour with your consent.
You are not asked to sit across a table from your neighbour unless both of you have agreed to this.
The process continues by your neighbour responding to the message through the mediators. It is through these carefully negotiated messages that the conflicts are resolved and in most cases successfully.
We are always in need of volunteers to become mediators. If you have good listening skills or are interested in developing them further please contact us for details of our next training session. Once trained Mediation North Staffs will provide you with support, guidance and travel expenses
