| Event Name | Help transform local cancer care |
| Description | Are you a patient, carer or relative affected by lung, breast, bladder or prostate cancer? Do you want to help improve local cancer services? NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups across Staffordshire are working with Macmillan Cancer Support to host a series of workshops to gain your feedback and hear your stories as part of a project to transform local care services for the future. It is estimated that there are currently 2 million people living with or beyond cancer in the UK and this figure is set to double by 2030. This highlights the importance of reviewing and planning cancer services now, in order to improve treatment, quality and care for the future. Can't make the patient/carer drop-in workshops? You can still share your feedback by completing the online Cancer Care Survey. |
