If you are reporting an incident of dog fouling please complete the box below giving details on:

  • Who looked in charge of the dog and why? (was the dog on a lead; was the person carrying a lead, or calling the dog by name?) What did they look like? Do you know them? if not, please describe them and any remarkable features
  • About the dog (breed, colours, collar)
  • If you saw the dog excrete (go to the toilet)
  • If the person in charge of the dog saw the dog excrete and made efforts to clean it up

If you are reporting an incident of littering or fly tipping please complete the box below with as much information you have on:

  • Who did the depositing, do you know them? if not, please describe each person involved and what part they played
  • What was deposited?
  • If you actually saw the person or persons depostiting the litter or waste
  • Was it intentional, did they make any effort to pick it up?
  • If a vehicle was involved, do you know the driver or can provide a good description
  • If a vehicle was involved, describe it (car/van, make/ model, colour, registration number, any memorable markings)
